A few years back I hit a wall.
Not the fun kind. The kind where you look in the mirror and realize the way you're living won't cut it.
I wanted to be a better dad. Better husband. Better coach. Better man.
But I was lost. And I kept asking the same question everyone asks.
Where do I even begin?
The answer was smaller than I expected.
Win the morning.
Not with affirmations. Not with a fancy planner. With something uncomfortable.
Sweat first. Start with positivity. Build the energy that fuels everything until noon.
Then eat, regroup, and fuel the afternoon.
Then set up the evening to protect deep sleep and recovery.
I did this relentlessly for months. No days off. No excuses.
And it rebuilt me.
I was 30 feeling like my 20-year-old self. Sharper. Stronger. Awake.
This is the same system I install with my athletes now. Body leads mind. State drives performance.
I made a video breaking the whole thing down.
Watch it here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v--uiztw8Ak
One more thing before you go.
Just reply and tell me who you are:
1 - Athlete
2 - Parent
3 - Coach
I read every reply, and I want to know who's on the other end of these emails.
Fear less,
Grant
P.S. That video is my morning system laid out step by step. If you steal one piece of it, make it the sweat. Body first. Mind follows.
